Sparely acts as a listing platform only and does not mediate or oversee any transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions initiated on the platform.

Sparely reserves the right to remove any listings or user accounts that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or are deemed harmful to the community.
